This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE

The Willow Street Medical Centre is a modern, purpose-built medical centre located at 81/83 Willow Street, Oswestry. It has a car park in the front for use of patients. It is accessible for wheelchairs and has a bus stop outside.

We are a friendly, approachable practice who aim to provide a modern service to our patients based on traditional family medicine. The practice is fully computerised and all records are held under the Data Protection Act.

DISABLED ACCESS

There is wheelchair access at the front of the building. All consulting rooms are on the ground floor and the patients' WC accommodates patients in wheelchairs. If access proves difficult for any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.

CAR PARKING

We have a limited number of car park spaces available at the front of the building which are for patient use only. Please remove your car when you have finished your consultation so that space it can be used by another patient. Failure to do so may result in clamping or a charge being levied.
